MASTER IN ORGANIZATIONAL COUNSELING

For Development and Change

A journey that offers both practical and profound tools to understand organizations: not only techniques of listening and communication, but also a subtle art made of presence, empathy, and the ability to recognize implicit questions and faint signals.

You will learn to glimpse possibilities where before you saw only limits, to transform conflicts and crises into opportunities for growth.

It is a path that touches both the individual and the organization: because there is no corporate well-being without personal well-being. A trajectory that changes the way we look — at work, at relationships, at ourselves. This is not just a course: it is a journey into relationship. An opportunity to better read what happens around us and within us. To become authentic interlocutors, capable of accompanying people and organizations towards new balances, new energies, new possibilities.
